# Gazdasági tervek létrehozása

**Menü - Listák-Tervek-Segéd programok - Gazdasági tervek létrehozása**

Ez a funkció szolgálhat a vállalat értékesítési, beruházási és egyéb terveinek kezelésére. Rendkívül fontos szerepet játszik az értékesítési terv a termelésirányítást kiszolgáló MRP funkció futásához. Táblázatos formában tudjuk kezelni a terveket. Sorokban, oszlopokban 4 szintű terveket tudunk létrehozni. Pl Oszlop : Hónap/Terv/Érték

**Új terv létrehozása**

Új terv mindig **Szerkesztés alatt** állapotot kap, amit ha érvényesítünk a következő folyamat megy végre:

A Szerkesztés alatt álló Aktív állapotot vesz fel, majd erről készít egy másolatot Szerkesztés alatt lévő állapottal. Amelyik pedig Aktív állapotú, volt az Inaktív -vá válik. Ezért 1 db Szerkesztés alatt álló, és 1 db Aktív és ’n’ db Inaktív terv létezik típusonként. Amikor érvényesítünk egy tervet, a rendszer automatikusan új verziószámmal látja el a másolatot.
